Hello I’m Sophie and I’m a counsellor in Llandudno, North Wales. I hold sessions from Leaf Health in Llandudno, in a comfortable and relaxed setting. I also offer zoom sessions with evening slots available. As a qualified person-centred counsellor I provide a professional and supportive space for you to explore difficulties you may be facing in a safe and non judgemental environment.
I aim to help you develop a deeper understanding of your anxiety, overwhelm and stress and collaborate with you to look at ways to overcome and reduce the impact. And along the way, look at your own inner resources and what may be holding you back. .
I work with a number of issues such as and not limited to – abuse, anxiety, bereavement, chronic stress, depression, developmental trauma from difficulties in childhood such as abuse or emotional neglect, emotional imbalances, self esteem, plus I have an interest in working with chronic illnesses such as M.E/CFS and fibromyalgia.
