I ran an introduction to recovery of M.E/CFS and Fibromyalgia course at North Wales Womens Centre in September 2023 and its back by popular demand.

I frequently and predominantly work with adults that have encountered difficult upbringings, and there is often similarities in how this impacts them in adulthood.

Am delighted to be running this course for a charity that provides such amazing services to so many women.
